1899
Born in Manlleu (Osona) on 23 March.

1909
The Viladomat family moved to Badalona. He became aware of his vocation as a sculptor in the studio of the sculptor Eusebi Arnau, where he modelled his first work, Carbassa (Pumpkin), which Viladomat's father used as an ashtray.

1912
The sculptor Joan Borrell i Nicolau invited him to work in his studio. Borrell i Nicolau found him a patron: the industrialist Joan Artigas i Alart.

1915
Together with Alfred Sisquella, Joan Serra, Joan Cortès, Apel·les Fenosa and Josep Granyer, Viladomat attended the night classes of Francesc Labarta at the Municipal School of Arts and Crafts and Fine Art in District V. He began collaborating with the company of Alberto Lena.

1917
The Evolutionist group, of which he was one of the promoters, was founded.

1924
He married Emília Lena, the daughter of Alberto Lena.

1927
He won the competition staged by the Capuchin Fathers to commemorate the 7th centenary of Saint Francis of Assisi, with a bronze sculpture, now on the mountain of Montserrat.

1936
Campeny prize for sculpture with Nu femení (Female nude).

1937-1938
He was involved in the Spanish Civil War on the Madrid front.

1939
He left for France and later settled in Andorra.

1940
At Prada de Conflent, he made the sculpture of Pau Casals playing the violoncello.

1950
Around this time he returned to Barcelona. He thereafter alternated life in Barcelona with stays in Andorra, where he took on several sculpture commissions for the Consell de les Valls (Andorran Parliament).

1954
He modelled the polychrome sculpture of La Pietat (Pietà) for the chapel of sorrows in the monastery of Sant Joan de les Abadesses.

1966
Inauguration of the sculpture of Raquel Meller, located
in Paral·lel, commissioned by Barcelona City Council.

1972
Installation of the bronze La Puntaire (Crocheter) in the Costa i Llobera garden on Montjuïc. He modelled a sculpture of L'avi Barça (Old Barça Man), commissioned by Barcelona Football Club, and a sculpture of Sant Ot (Saint Ot) for the parish of Sant Ot in Barcelona.

1976
Inauguration of the Monument al pare Pere Camps (Monument to Father Pere Camps) in Saint Augustine (Florida) and in the sanctuary of Mount Toro (Minorca).

1982
Inauguration in Barcelona of the Monument a Pau Casals (Monument to Pau Casals) in the avenue with the same name.

1986
Provisional relocation of the statue República (Republic) in Plaça de Sóller in Barcelona's Nou Barris district, in anticipation of the renovation of Plaça de Llucmajor, its future definitive site. 23 December, the permanent exhibition of his work was inaugurated in Escaldes-
Engordany (future Viladomat Museum).

1989
Viladomat died in Escaldes-Engordany on 2 June.
